Office Coordinator - Gateway Admin

Full-time. The Office Coordinator serves is the primary administrative support professional for Gateway Mission, overseeing front office operations, executive and board support, and organizational communications. This role serves as a key connector across departments and helps maintain operational excellence while advancing Gateway Mission's mission and ministry.

Child Care Assistant - Gateway Women & Children's Center

Full-time/Part-time.  The Assistant supports the Lead Teacher to care for, teach, and minister to the children who are living at the Center. Caring for children from a diverse background including trauma, poverty, and homelessness requires both compassion and understanding.

Residential Supervisor - Gateway Eastport Men's Center

Full-time. The Residential Supervisor provides excellent hospitality while practicing effective charity principles, where daily needs for food and shelter are met and opportunities for change are offered.

Retail Associate - Gateway Center

Full-time.  The Retail Associate supports the retail operations by working in various departments as assigned.

Assistant Food Service Director - Gateway Eastport Men's Center

Full-time.  The Assistant Food Service Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Food Services Department. Working under the direction of the Food Service Director, this position leads daily kitchen operations while actively participating in food preparation, supervising employees, volunteers, and guests assigned to kitchen workstations, and ensuring meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Internship Program - Gateway Center

The Gateway Mission Internship Program provides students and emerging professionals with meaningful, firsthand experience in a nonprofit ministry environment. Interns collaborate with experienced leaders, contribute to departmental projects, and gain practical skills while supporting Gateway Mission’s mission of transforming lives through Christ-centered care.

Human Resources Intern - Gateway Center

Part-time (Unpaid). The Human Resources Intern gains hands-on experience in a non-profit ministry setting while supporting the Human Resources team. This role is designed to develop practical HR skills, gain an understanding of the core HR functions, and contribute to departmental projects aligned with Gateway Mission’s strategic goals.
