Full time. The Men's Director provides leadership and direction for the Men's Ministry team, ensuring programs and services advance Gateway Mission's Mission, Vision, Values, and organizational priorities. The Director leads a culture of excellent hospitality, intentional relationships, biblical truth, grace and accountability, and lasting life transformation.

Full-time. The Residential Supervisor’s role is to provide excellent hospitality while practicing effective charity principles, where daily needs for food and shelter are met and opportunities for change are offered.

Full time. The Lead Teacher care for children from a diverse background including trauma, poverty, and homelessness requires both compassion and understanding. Communicating with parents from a ministry mind set is also necessary for success in this role.

Part-time (2 positions). The Assistant supports the Lead Teacher in caring for children from a diverse background including trauma, poverty, and homelessness; demonstrating both compassion and understanding.

Full-time. The Tech Center Coordinator leads the educational, vocational, and employment-readiness components of the Gateway Forge Program. Working with Program and Social Enterprise staff, this position integrates classroom learning, work-based training, and career development to prepare students for sustainable employment and independent living.

Full-time. The Production Manager provides leadership and oversight of all production operations, ensuring donated goods are processed safely, efficiently, and profitably. This role is responsible for production performance, staff and student development, and alignment with Retail and Donations to support the overall mission and sustainability of Gateway Mission.

Full-time (2 positions). The Retail Associate supports the retail operations by working in various departments as assigned.

The Gateway Mission Internship Program provides students and emerging professionals with meaningful, firsthand experience in a nonprofit ministry environment. Interns collaborate with experienced leaders, contribute to departmental projects, and gain practical skills while supporting Gateway Mission’s mission of transforming lives through Christ-centered care.

Part-time (Unpaid). The Human Resources Intern gains hands-on experience in a non-profit ministry setting while supporting the Human Resources team. This role is designed to develop practical HR skills, gain an understanding of the core HR functions, and contribute to departmental projects aligned with Gateway Mission’s strategic goals.
